Community Advisory Council and Independent Consent Decree Monitor to host virtual town hall May 17

AURORA, Colo. – The Community Advisory Council invites you to join a Virtual Town Hall to review Report 8 of the Consent Decree and provide you and other Aurora residents an opportunity to ask questions and share your perspectives.

The Consent Decree represents a vital step toward accountability, transparency, and trust between the city and its residents. During this session, city officials and representatives from the Consent Decree monitoring team will:

 

  • Provide an overview of the key findings and progress outlined in Report 8.

  • Discuss ongoing initiatives to address areas of improvement.

  • Answer questions from residents in real time.
